I experienced poor service of SANYO service center, so i’m not satisfied w/ their service.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Sanyo dry iron at Hot Point Seychelles. Not even 2 months the iron failed. So I took to the Store selling all the Sanyo goods, (Hot Point) where we purchased and they informed that there is only one month warranty, and the iron is not even 2 months old. They didn’t even bother to have a look at it because the warranty period was over. I feel only 1 month warranty is ridiculous because the product failed just after warranty which is only 1 month. Does Sanyo global give only 1 Month warranty? Infact the consumer unit in seychelles has publicized not to buy Sanyo goods, seems Sanyo is one of the most inferiors customer centre in Seychelles to deal with the customers and after sales service is zero.

Kindly advise.

Dear sir,
I have purchased a Sanyo dry iron Model:A-B21Sl.no994334251473-Batch no.90422L0338 on 26-04-2011.from M/S.Dubai bazar,Meridian palace,Bellard road,Kannur670001,Kerala,India.The first day of use the sole plate got a shrink while heating and not able to use.I have returned the same to the shop but no replacement is recieved.kindly advice the needful.

I am in Sri Lanka. I bought a Sanyo Coreless phone in India from the well known friend. When i tried to use i found a problem in use. Main base is perfect. Dialing tone is receiving, Battery charging is fine. The problem is this hand set is not functioning. No dial tone at all. But it’s charging condition is good. how do i rectify this please

I purchased a 55 inch Sanyo TV after 11 months it stopped working. I also had purchased the 3 year service contract. After calling Sanyo I was given a phone number for a repair shop which was out of business I would have had to bring the TV there, after another week they offered in
home repair these people came to my home after another week of waiting. The TV was not repaired. I had to wait another week to be contacted. I have a large family and we needed a TV in our home, so I went out and bought another TV. After 3 weeks I was told yes the TV was unrepairable and I would have to send the TV back after they looked at the TV between 15 and 21 days I would receive a replacement. I told the rep I do not want another TV I could not wait 6 weeks so I had already replaced the TV, they said they would not refund my money and my only choice would be to accept a replacement. I feel that the Company has an extremely bad policy, who would wait for 6 or more weeks to have a TV repaired or replaced, not us. I will never purchase another Sanyo product, nor would I recommend the products to anyone.

Good day, I am disgusted with your product and the error message 3 that I am getting. I do not pirate movies (did not have internet until 2 wks ago) I am getting this bloody message with EVERY NEW movie I put in, YES EVERY!
I bought your product from Wal-mart and all the movies from either them or Target. So, should all be legit right? WRONG!!! Why is this? I’ve paid good bloody money for this Blu-Ray player (not a recorder)and for my movies. The only ones that will play (and I mean ONLY ones) are the seasons of shows purchased from Amazon. So, now I have to go to Amazon to buy my movies so that I can pay them on your system. Not likely.

I want it to work, so make it so if you don’t mind (even if you do mind, make it right).
Next email is to Target, Wal-Mart and Senator Chuck Schummer and Senator Louise Slaughters offices.
