Hello! I have a 11 by 7 inch tv and the dvd on it is burnt. Is there any way that I could have one sent to me to have my tv fix. It’s a naxa nx-551 . Can not get a phone number to get a hold of Naxa in my area. I live in Windsor Ontario Canada.

I need a replacement remote for my NAXA
television and DVD player, model NX563.
The universal remotes at a reasonable price do not serve the NAXA brand.

I have 2 Naxa TVs. One is a NX 555 and the other is a new NTD 1554. Both have DVD players and both have the same problem. The audio on DVD play is almost non existent. I have tried everything and I the audio is so poor that this makes the DVD player totally unusable. The TV has acceptable audio.

I can not get my PC movies (Netflix) to go to my Naxa NTD-2252 through the HDMI port. My PC feeds my LG tv perfectly though the HDMIport. What/how can I fix?
