tyed to purchase insurance to day to begine coverage march2 monday. reason it has to be made ready from storage,and agent was not busy to day. plus i want it to expire on a specific day

Wow – what rotten phone service. I went to renew my company car insurance this morning. After at least 1/2 hour of the agent puzzling about how to use the “new system”, I finally had to leave. The agent just called and said the car is now owned by a numbered company or something like that. The renewal will be ready tomorrow afternoon!!! That is all fine but very strange. My concern is his mention of a new owner or something. With identity theft etc, I want to know what he was referring to. Then after messing around with your ridiculous phone system for ages, I was finally told my wait time would be 2 – 3 hours! After a while I was finally told by your system that I could leave a number which I did. What the hell is going on?
