On last 11.01.10 I bought an item no.120514488637(Kenwin Digital Induction Cooker M6R)through ebay.in.On 17.02.10 I received an another item(Kenwin Digital Knob Induction Cooker M68R) which was not my choice and also not in working condition.I informed to the seller(krazzytkonection) as well as to ebay also.The seller told me to return back the item saying it was happened by mistake and was assured me to send my choice of item. On last 10.04.10 I got the same item from the seller which I returned back to him,but in broken condition.I immediatelly in formed him by telephone.Then he told me to return the amount after giving an application to ebay.in.Similarly,I informed to ebay.in on last 14.04.10 and 22.04.10 by e-mail.As I am not getting any response from either the seller or ebay.in,I again Inform this to have a good response.With regards.NARMADA68
