my mom has charter basic package tv only.she has tv in living room. cable in her bedroom is there but not hooked up.she would like to move up one package. she is 82 and does not understand how to do do this so i will your contact person.please email me with info and what packages are available.thanks steve blackman

I live in St. Louis and have Charter as my carrier. I have not been able to authorize the last TWO ufc ppv fights. What the heck is going on ???
