I bought BMW 740 Li in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The car is brand new and the origin of the car is Bahrain and has 5 years Service Inclusive Plus. When I brought it to BMW Dealer in Riyadh to open the service file, they refused to service it and asked me to pay SR 10000 Ten thousand Saudi Riyal to do so. Do they have the right to charge this high amount just to open a file?

My 13000km F800GS failed on the highway when the main coolant came off the engine.Bike was towed to dealer, was told it was a known problem but had to pay because my bike was not on problem recall list. Why?Called BMW,didn't get back to me!

I realise the logo on my steering seems to be fading/peeling from the inside. What can I do? Thanks

My bmw 320d touring is telling me that a service is due The car is booked in for service 5th Nov first avail date What is the mileage leeway so as not to affect the warranty?
The handbrake has to be pulled on very tight to stop the car rolling Is this this normal?
I have a bmw foldaway towbar fitted but have to keep the towball out to stop the electrical socket filling up with water. Should there be a cover fitted to prevent this since water in the electrics is not very healthy?
