I Have a Mercedes Sprinter Minibus which has an a blaupunkt microphone cdm-07-s model. Its not function properly it switches on but no sound come out of the speakers. can you be of any assistance?

had a problem between my phone and Toronto 410BT about bluetooth handsfree.
Costomer service De tell me “…because it is not compatible, than use another mobil phone type, please.”
The radio cost half than my phone and nowhere a compatibilty list…!
Radio quality level is like China products but at Europe cost!
