hello ‘ I have nd 3700 series . when workin with word or text edit (microsoft )
the cursor is jumping backwerd some times . what can be done ?

Averaged must be the worst run company in the world!!! I’m not even sure that it is even still in business! I have tried over an hour to contact someone regarding a problem I’m having with a series 3200 lap top. I haven’t even been able to reach a working number.

Has Averatec updated firmware for their 6100 series laptops so owners can transition from Windows XP to Windows 7 ?

I purchased an Averatec All in One Series computer for my daughter 4 years ago for Christmas. The computer worked for less than a year. I have taken it to 3 different repair businesses and spent more than the original purchase price trying to have it functional again.
I am very disappointed in this product and would never recommend this product to anyone.

My sister passed away and left me with a computer with out a password,vista home premium,can`t get in,isthere a way i can bypass or reset it.,AVERATEC all in one

My friend has an Averatec 2200 laptop and the battery stopped charging. Because of the age of the laptop he assumed he needed a new battery. We got a replacement battery for it. The battery placed well, the light was solid green. However it is now beeping – but both low battery alarms are switched to off and it still beeps. When checking the Battery in the control panel it says “unknown”. Any suggestions?

I received my replacement Averatec on September 19, 2013, after sending it back to the company I bought it from. Everything had been going alright except now it is humming. I have not been able to reach anybody because the numbers are disconnected. Why would my Averatec all-in-one desktop be humming? What can I do for it?
