I have been a customer of AT&T in Long Beach Washington for about 5 years. I have suffered through bad service with them and when my contract expired I thought I would give them one more chance since I wanted an IPHONE for a while. Well what a nightmare. First they talked me into a MicroCell reception booster for $150.00 dollars. The Warranton Oregon AT&T swore to me that these alawys work and I would get 5 bars of service in my house where I have none now. Please don’t believe this crap. After three days of trying to get this thing to work, countless calls to AT&T trouble shooting for MicroCells and several dozen calls to the Warranton Store and Tami the ass manager it still did not work. By their own admission the problem was on their end. By the third day all my wife and I wanted was something in writing from them that we would be realised from our contract or even given extra time to get this MicroCell of theirs working past the three day remorse period that they had to give us. But do you think they did. Hell no. Yesterday, we brought the Microcell and my new IPHONE back to the Warranton Oregon store and the ass manager Tami told us it was ” our fault ” we did not give the Microcell more time to work. Well this went over like a turd in a punch bowl with my wife and she got beligerant with her. Then Angie another jewel at AT&T started yelling at my wife along with Tami and it all went down hill from there. Bottom line as far as I am concerned. AT&T in Warranton are still a bunch of liars and have the customer service skills of third grader. We left angry, bitter and were made to feel like this was somehow our fault. Maybe I come from a different time where customer sevice and standing by your produce meant something. I don’t know but what I do know is no matter how much they tried to tell me these things work. THEY DO NOT!!! AT&T has once again reached my lowest expections on thier products,service and support. And the Mirco Cells DO NOT WORK!!!!!
